Windows Phone Mango update finally rolling out

The much awaited update to Windows Phone, version 7.5 codenamed Mango is starting to roll out. We tried our devices but the update was not yet available although Microsoft says it should be out soon. With hundreds of new features and improvements, Mango is a more competetive mobile os that Microsoft hopes will take some market share from Google's Android and the iPhone. Below is part of the press release on Mango.

Starting today, the next version of Windows Phone is en route to customers. Code named Mango, the update will gradually ramp so that it will be available for free to most existing Windows Phone customers by the end of October.
