A new photo chat app allows you to talk to people from all over the world. PhotoSuerte lets you share any photos you want with someone from another part of the world. Just take a photo and send it to a randomly selected member of the PhotoSuerte network and wait to get back a photo-answer. You can view the map where the photo was taken and share your favorite ones on Facebook and Twitter.
