Ford is recalling 465,000 cars and SUV's including 23,000 in Canada. The issue, which involves leaky fuel tanks affects affects the Ford Fusion, Explorer, Taurus, Flex, Police Utility and Police Interceptor models. Hit jump for the complete details.

Ford recently issued a recall for affects the Ford brand's Fusion, Explorer, Taurus, Flex, Police Utility and Police Interceptor models from the 2013 model year. A connector from the fuel tank to the fuel line is the source of the issue and some customers will smell gas and or view gasoline on the ground. No fires have resulted in this issue accoriding to Ford.
