Is bigger really better? That's a question that smartphone buyers will have to decide when the Samsung Galaxy Mega hits the market at the end of the month. The device has a 6.3-inch TFT screen and an interface that straddles the line between the smartphone and tablet OS. Samsung is aiming this squarely at students who may be torn between getting a smartphone or a tablet. Following the design of the Galaxy S 4, the Galaxy Mega features a 1.7GHz dual-core processor, 1.5GB of RAM, 16GB of onboard storage, an 8 megapixel camera and a whopping 3200 mAh Li-Ion battery.
