It seems that the latest mid-range Windows Phone from Nokia, the Lumia 830 will come to market on October 9th (the day they are holding a launch event for it). It looks to be a Rogers exclusive and will cost $400 contract free. Stay tuned for more information on this latest Windows Phone device.
