The Lumia 830 is being touted as the "Affordable Flagship" since it brings the premium build and materials of earlier devices like the Nokia Icon and the Lumia 930 (not available in Canada) to a device with midrange processor and camera specifications. Running on the latest 'Denim' build of Windows Phone 8.1, which features various enhancements including faster camera software.
