The deluge of wearables continues, this time around the recently leaked (by Brookstone) Fitbit Surge was brought to light. The US $250.00 wearable has a unique tilted screen and also houses a built-in GPS radio which means you can map your bike or running routes without having to carry a smartphone. The Fitbit surge also has a heart monitor.

The Surge also integrates with over 120 devices including iPhones and many of the flagship Android devices to push notifications as well as text messages and caller ID. Here's hoping that Fitbit solved their itchy band issue because the Surge sure looks like a great option of health-focused wearable users. The Fitbit surge comes in 2015.
