Gmail is getting a major update pretty soon that doesn't just show off a new look but lets you receive non-Gmail emails right on your app. Gmail version 5.0 will support any IMAP or Exchange email accounts such as Yahoo and Outlook. It gets a Material Design makeover that introduces more colours into the interface and let you switch between accounts easily. The way messages are threaded seems to have taken its inspiration from the new Inbox app. The update should be rolling out soon but if you can't wait Android Police has an APK up.
