New reports have surfaced that the next Windows Phone update will include USB flash drive support to help ease file transfer process. Ubergizmo reports Windows Phone 8.1 will support both removable USB flash drives and USB HID class accessories (such as keyboards, mice, and game controllers). USB flash drive support means you might need a microUSB adapter for USB flash drives or microUSB flash drive from the likes of Sony. Microsoft’s BUILD conference is happening in a few weeks so hopefully we can learn more about this.
