You know how Samsung is prone to releasing multiple variants of its devices. Well, there is now a new version of the Galaxy S5 that debuted in Russia. The Galaxy S5 Mini has most of the features of the flagship device but with slightly lower hardware specs. You will get a 1.4GHz quad-core processor, 16GB internal memory, 1.5GB RAM, 8MP rear camera and 2.1MP front camera, 4.5-inch Super AMOLED display, and a 2100mAh battery. Yes, it still carries Android 4.4 and has the sensors and modes of the Galaxy S5 including power-saving mode, water-resistance, heart rate monitor, support for Samsung wearables, and fingerprint scanner. There is no word yet though if this device is making its way out of Russia.
