The cauldron of iWatch-related intrigue continues to bubble with reports that Apple's just hired away TAG-Heuer's sales director.

Jean Claude Biver, president of LVMH's watch division (comprised of Luis Vuitton, Hublot, Zenith, TAG-Heuer) said as much during a taped interview with CNBC (see below). He also makes a straight faced reference to the iWatch, an as of yet unnanounced yet widely speculated on future product.

This is just the latest in a string of fashion megabrand and high-end wearable executive acquisitions by Apple which includes Yves Saint Laurent's CEO Paul Deneve and Burberry superstar Angela Ahrendts who is now SVP of retail and online stores.

With the Fuel Band designer they hired from Nike earlier this year, Apple's assembling a veritable A-Team of fashion, design and brand creators and their combined expertise in high fashion seems quite unparalleled. This is getting crazy exciting and it will be intriguing to see what all this hiring will lead to.
