If you’ll be making your way to the U.S. music festival Lollapalooza this year, it might be easier to purchase merchandise without carrying cash with you. The festival will be offering cashless wristbands to let you pay for festival goods, food, and drinks. This means you don’t have to carry around your cards with you to the concert grounds. It isn’t just convenient but it also gives you a bit of peace of mind.

The wristband comes with an RFID chip that is linked to your debit or credit card. It also needs a PIN number to work so you don’t have to worry about someone swiping your wristband to go on a festival shopping spree. But those who don’t want to try this method can still use cash and credit cards at the festival.
