Dropbox has just consolidated it three Pro accounts into one US$9.99 per month plan for 1TB of storage (which you can also get for $99.99 annually). It is now similarly priced to Google Drive’s 1TB offering but still higher than Microsoft (they charge $2.50 per user for 1TB per month through OneDrive or $6.99 per month with an added Office 365 subscription).
The Pro users also get passwords for shared links, the ability to set a time limit for shared access, and a view-only permission for shared folders. A remote wipe security feature is also available for those who lose or get a device stolen, meaning it stops syncing with the device and unlinks said gadget. New users will get the features now while those with existing Pro accounts will have access to them in the coming days.
