Microsoft has been working on a next generaton web browser to come with Windows 10 and it is called Project Spartan. The first major browser move after Internet Explorer, Project Spartan boasts a new rendering engine for faster and more accurate webpages, an annotating feature that allows users to use a pen or their fingers to markup text or images on touch devices and a new reading mode that sheds images and formatting to give users a better reading experience and Cortana is also woven into Project Spartan which means users should be able to easily access the personal assistant for searches.

Project Spartan is still a ways off and won't be included in the next build of the Windows 10 preview it is coming to both desktop and mobile in the future.
