Having a conversation online with someone who doesn't speak your native language? Google Translate is making easier for you to converse with him/her with its latest update. The app now supports Split View feature on the newer iPads to make translation on the fly a lot more easier. You can use for things like having Google Translate alongside an iMessage window or while browsing through something on Safari.
Google's also updated its instant visual translation feature to add Arabic into the mix. This joins the languages (English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish) you can use to instantly translate images or texts you see in the real world, in real time (even without Wi-Fi and cell data).
