Samsung is bringing its health tracking app to the Google Play Store. The app is designed to track things like the steps yo take every day, heart rate, the hours you sleep, your calorie intake, as well as stress levels.  It'll even let you set fitness goals for yourself. However, these will only be available to certain Galaxy models and the app should be running Android Lollipop 5.0 or higher.
