Uber is aiming to disrupt restaurant delivery in Toronto by extending its service to UberEATS. Promising to deliver lunch in 10 minutes or less, Uber is expanding the use of its mobile app to allow food delivery from patner restaurants.
Starving Torontontians who are too busy to get lunch can fire up their Uber app and order from a variety of restaurants (not just fast food joints) and have their grub delivered hot curbside. Sounds good. Sound yummy. Hit jump for how to get started.
It's as simple as requesting a ride, with the same cashless payment method. Slide over to EATS in the app from 11AM-2PM on weekdays to request in the available coverage area. Here's how it works:
Slide over to EATS
Enter your location and tap VIEW MENU
Place your order, and your meal will be curbside in minutes
UberEATS is also accepting restaurant partners. If you want to be involved in this new revolution in food delivery, reach out here.
