BlackBerry's alleged Android-powered smartphone, the slider codenamed 'Venice', has surfaced yet again in a series of images and animated .gifs. Reinstated leaker @evleaks began publishing some sexy promotional images of the upcoming handset which was rumouted to be developed in conjunction with Samsung (a company that's been interested in acquiring BlackBerry). Slated for a November release on AT&T, Venice, or whatever product name it will ship with, will be the first device shipped by BlackBerry which runs a rival OS.

A few months ago, BlackBerry CEO John Chen mentioned that, "we only build secure phones and BlackBerry is the most secure phone so, if I can find a way to secure the Android phone, I will also build that." Achievement Unlocked.
