Pokémon fans and parents of little Pokémon fans will be happy about this new release. Pokémon Rumble World launches today in a complete game experience package exclusive to Nintendo 3DS joining the fan base who have already discovered the game in the Nintendo eShop as a free-to-start game.

While the story is the same as the digital version, everything in this latest action-packed adventure is available from the get-go. Parents will breathe some relief as this version is accessible with no micro-transactions. The game features more than 700 Pokémon including the original Pokémon Red and Pokémon Blue games right through to the recent Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire games.

Since it's the 20th year of Pokémon, it's a fun way to introduce a new generation of fans. New comers to the Pokémon world will quickly catch on to the fun and will love learning about the Pokémon phenomenon. In this game, players explore the kingdom and control a Toy Pokémon and battle and befriend as many Pokémon as possible. Prompts are given throughout the game even for the youngest of gamers.  Kids seem to delight in the "rumble" techniques that offer super effective moves. Switch up your Pokémon with whichever holds the right powers in battle  -- the game will help with prompts here at first.

For those who are fans already, you can add your exisitng Mii characters to interact and enhance the game experience. this is the first time in the Pokémon Rumble series that Mii characters can join in the adventure play. Play in StreetPass mode and have friends and family join you (connected via internet). If parents are not interested in the social aspect of the game for their kids, they can limit what their children can access on the Nintendo 3DS.

Launch into the adventures and the King will tell you how many Pokémon you need to collect. As you manover your way through the games successfully accomplishing goals, you will easily collect "P" and Poké Diamonds to spend in the Shop. In this package version there are endless Poké Diamonds (amen to no in-game purchases). Here is where you can cash in on hot-air balloons to take you to different stages but you can also update your Mii's wardrobe and get other cool products to help you in the game.

Side note...while there are no in-game purchases in the package version, you cannot transfer saved data between the free-to-download and package version of Pokémon Rumble World, but StreetPass and SpotPass functionality will work between the two games.  It's a great game in the series that will sure to be a hit especially with the coming months or road trips.
