Samsung’s Tizen-powered Gear S3 are getting a slew of new features thanks to new partnerships the company has entered into. The first one takes advantage of Samsung’s relationship with Under Armour. This will bring the Under Armour Connected Fitness suite (which includes UA Record, MapMyRun, MyFitnessPal, and Endomondo) to the smartwatch and giving you some useful fitness- and health-related apps to use. Those who buy a new Gear S3 get 12 months complimentary access to the premium services included in the suite. There will even been exclusive features, such as being able to participate in challenges, for Gear devices.

Samsung’s relationship with Spotify brings offline playback access to the Gear S3. Also, the BMW Connected app will work for all compatible BMW vehicles. And Nest owners can use the Gear for Nest app to control the temperature at home. The Gear S3’s own HERE WeGo app will also make it easier for you to see public transport options right from your wrist and you’ll even be able to send directions straight to your Galaxy smartphone.
