The controversial yet popular Netflix show 13 Reasons Why gets a second season. The show, which puts the spotlight on a teenager’s suicide, was confirmed on Twitter and through producer Selena Gomez’s Instagram. The story is based on the Jay Asher novel of the same name and tells the tale of Hannah Baker (played by Katherine Langford) who takes her life and leaves behind 13 tapes to explain why she did it. There is no word yet how many episodes and when the second season will air. The first season had 13 episodes in total.
