Aside from updating its iPads, Apple just announced a minor refresh for its iMac models. The 21.5 model can now go up to 8th-generation six-core Intel Core i5 CPU with 4GB AMD Radeon Pro Vega 20 graphics. Meanwhile, the 27-inch model can offer up to the ninth-gen eight-core Core i9 upgrade option with up to an 8GB Radeon Pro Vega 48 GPU. The design hasn’t changed for either machines and storage options remain the same.

The new 21.5-inch iMac with Retina 4K display starts at CA$1,699 and the new 27-inch iMac with Retina 5K display starts at $2,399. Both are available to order from apple.com and the Apple Store App, and in Apple Stores and through Apple Authorized Resellers next week. The non-Retina display iMac configuration continues to be available for $1,399. Additional technical specifications, configure-to-order options, and accessories are available online at apple.com/ca/mac.
