Super Nintendo games are finally available on the Switch. The games are part of the Switch Online subscription service, which was introduced almost a year ago. The SNES games are downloadable on the Switch eShop, with more games coming over time.

The games that are available at launch include:

These SNES games will support the rewind feature Nintendo announced earlier this year. This functionality lets users play sections of the games again as well as suspend points during games.

Just like what it did with NES games coming to the Switch, Nintendo is launching a custom SNES controller to let you play the newly-added games. It charges over USB-C. It's exclusive for Switch Online members for $39.99 each, with up to four controllers for purchase per Nintendo Account.

Nintendo Switch Online pricing places start at $4.99 for a one-month membership, $9.99 for three months, and $24.99 for 12 months. A family membership is available for 12 months at $44.99 and supports up to eight accounts. The service also offers a free seven-day trial.
