Twitter offers its Blue subscription service users early access to a couple of new experimental features through a new Labs feature. One of the new features is giving users the option to videos up to 10 minutes long, which is a significant upgrade from the standard 2 minutes and 20 seconds. You will need to upload videos on the PC, though.

Another feature lets you pin your favourite conversations at the top of the inbox by swiping on particular Direct Message conversations. This is limited to iOS users, though. Twitter might offer these features to the rest of Twitter eventually, become a "static feature" of Twitter Blue, or discard them altogether, depending on the feedback from the subscribers.

Labs gives Twitter's internal product teams the means to submit features to get early data on them and whether they should release it to a broader audience. These features are available to Canadian and Australian users who are the first to access Twitter Blue.
