Nothing will finally have something soon. The company of ex-OnePlus co-founder Carl Pei plans to release wireless earbuds as its first product this summer. Other products are expected to come out later in the year. According to Pei's interview with Bloomberg, Nothing plans to release an ecosystem of connected devices.
These product plans were revealed as Nothing announced that it completed a new US$15 million funding round led by Alphabet's venture capital unit, GV.
Pei announced his new company late last month, calling it a "London-based consumer technology company." It's already attracted investment from some prominent names in the tech world, including Pod inventor Tony Fadell, Twitch co-founder Kevin Lin, Reddit CEO Steve Huffman, and YouTuber Casey Neistat.
