When Microsoft launched the Xbox Series X and S in February, it added an FPS boost feature to improve backwards-compatible Xbox One titles on the new consoles. However, when it was introduced, only five titles received that upgrade. Now, five other Bethesda games will be getting a frame rate boost on the Xbox Series X and S: Fallout 4, Fallout 76, Prey, The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition, and Dishonored: Definitive Edition.
These games will see their frame rates double from 30 to 60 frames per second, with some playable even at 120fps. It isn't known though when these titles will be getting the upgrade, but Engadget speculates it could come with the next major update of the new consoles.
