Honor's newest devices are poised to make a more significant impact internationally than recent devices from its previous owner Huawei. The new Magic 3 series will debut globally with Google apps and services installed. Something that Huawei can't have on its devices right now due to US sanctions.

This flagship series—which includes the Magic 3, Magic 3 Pro, and Magic 3 Pro Plus—run on the latest Qualcomm chipsets. The Pro and Pro Plus options use the newest Snapdragon 888 Plus processor, while the standard model is powered by the Snapdragon 888. All three devices feature a 6.76-inch 1344p OLED screen with curved sides and a 120Hz refresh rate.

All three devices get 4,600mAh batteries with support for 66-watt wired charging. The Pro and Pro Plus get up to 50-watt wireless charging with support for reverse charging. They all come with dust and water resistance. But the Pro and Pro Plus have IP68, while the standard Magic 3 has an IP54 rating.

The key differences between the devices lie with the rear cameras. The Magic 3 gets a 50-megapixel 1/1.56-inch main camera, a 13-megapixel 1/1.31-inch ultrawide, and a 64-megapixel monochrome camera. Meanwhile, the Magic 3 Pro adds a 64-megapixel 1/2-inch telephoto lens with 3.5x optical zoom and Optical Image Stabilization. And the Magic 3 Pro Plus gets a 50-megapixel primary lens with a 1/1.28-inch sensor and a 64-megapixel ultrawide sensor.
