Youth Science Canada calls on Canadian students (grades 9 to 12, including Cégep in Quebec) to apply for one of the eight spots on Team Canada-ISEF 2023. The deadline to apply is December 15. Regeneron ISEF is the world's largest pre-college celebration of science that brings over 1,800 students together from over 80 countries. In 2022, ten members of Team Canada-ISEF won nine awards, seven of which were grand awards with monetary values of $500 to $2,000.

The 2023 Regeneron ISEF will take place in Dallas, Texas from May 14 to 19, with students representing their countries to compete for over $4 million in awards, scholarships, internships, tuition grants, scientific field trips, and more.

Students from Grades 9-12 and Cégep, who are Canadian citizens or permanent residents, can submit a project for consideration. Students can submit a continuation of their Canada-Wide Science Fair project only if they began working on it after January 1, 2022. Youth Science Canada’s selection committee will select a shortlist of candidates by January 15, 2023.

To apply, email team.canada-isef@youthscience.ca with your first name, last name, region, and email address to be registered in the online registration system. And learn more about the application process, check it out at this link
