This comes just 27 months after the initial release of Microsoft Flight Simulator, complete with 27 additional robust updates that improve graphics and gameplay and add new features and content -- all free!

The game also celebrated it's 40th anniversary last month with the release of Microsoft Flight Simulator 40th Anniversary Edition.
