Apple has finally released a refresh for its AirPods Pro model alongside the launch of its other new devices. It equips the Apple AirPods Pro with a new H2 processor, which it claims cancels "up to twice as much" noise as its predecessor. The new chip also brings a better Adaptive Transparency mode to these Pro buds. These also get new a new low-distortion audio driver and custom amplifier for "richer bass" and crystal-clear sound across a wider range of frequencies." Spatial Audio should also be a better experience here.

The Apple AirPods Pro also introduces touch controls on the earbuds, allowing for volume control on the stems. Battery life gets a bit of a boost with up to six hours on a single charge with active noise cancellation enabled and up to 30 hours of total listening time.

The charging case gets Find My support and a tiny built-in speaker that can emit a sound when you're looking for it. You can now also charge it with the Apple Watch charger. Sweat and water resistance now also extends to this case. And it gets a loop to allow you to attach a lanyard for easier portability.

The AirPods Pro retails for $329, with pre-orders kicking off on September 9 and in stores starting September 23.
