Tinder's newest feature lets you invite friends and family members to recommend people they think you should go out with. Tinder Matchmaker lets you invite anyone, whether they have a profile or not, to view and suggest potential matches. You can start a Tinder Matchmaker session from your profile or within the app settings. You can share the unique link with up to 15 friends.
Your matchmakers can then log in or continue as a guest (they need to complete an age verification prompt and agree to Tinder's outlined terms). They will have 24 hours to play cupid before a session expires. They can recommend profiles. But they won't be able to chat or send messages on your behalf. When they're done recommending, you'll see a recommendation mark on those liked by your friends. Of course, you still get final say on who you want to match up with, but this lets you know who your friends think fit your vibe.
Tinder Matchmaker is available now in Canada, the United States, Australia, Brazil, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Japan, Mexico, South Korea, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom, and Vietnam, and will be rolling out to Tinder users globally in the coming months.
