Garmin introduces a new heart rate monitor that will help those who wear sports bras have an easier time tracking their health data. The company introduced the HRM-Fit at CES 2024, a new clip-on heart rate monitor that works with medium- to high-support bras.

Traditional chest strap heart rate monitors aren't the most comfortable to wear, so attaching a heart rate monitor to a sports bra brings that bit of comfort.

The Garmin HRM-Fit is compatible with Edge cycling computers, some Garmin smartwatches, and other fitness equipment. It can capture heart rate data for different activities including running, cycling, strength training, high-intensity interval training, and more.

You can also pair this device with Garmin smartwatches to get running feedback. If you aren't wearing your watch on your run, the HRM-Fit can store the data. It will sync when it's near your watch again. The Garmin HRM-Fit retails for US$149.99 (around CA$200).
