Samsung has started rolling out its One UI 6 Watch update to its older Wear OS smartwatches. The update comes to the Galaxy Watch6 before making its way to the Galaxy Watch FE, Galaxy Watch5, and Galaxy Watch4 in the coming weeks.

This Samsung version of Wear OS 5 brings features like artificial intelligence-powered health tips, sleep apnea detection, and Energy Score, a new metric to gauge your recovery from exercise and physical stress. It also brings Workout Routine so you can create custom workouts that combine different activity types. And there's a new Race feature for runners and cyclists to compare current with past workouts.

One UI 6 Watch also brings new watch faces, improved interoperability with other Galaxy devices, double pinch gesture support, and AI-generated suggested replies.
