Oura has taken Symptom Radar out of beta. The Oura Labs-developed feature can inform you when you're about to get sick. It exits its experimental phase and is now rolling out to Oura Ring 4 and Gen 3 smart rings.
Symptom Radar offers daily insights into your well-being by examining your resting heart rate, heart rate variability, breathing rate, and temperature trends. You'll get an evaluation each morning that categorizes you in one of three levels: no signs, minor signs, or major signs of cold- or flu-like symptoms.
If your condition deviates from your baseline metrics, it'll encourage you to activate Rest mode and prioritize your recovery. The feature also has a history graph to show you health trends over time.
