Skylum expands its mobile editing dominance with Luminar Mobile, a powerful editing app designed specifically for iPhones. This launch follows the successful debut of Luminar for iPad earlier this year.
Luminar Mobile inherits the user-friendly design of Luminar for iPad, featuring touch controls with realistic motion and sound effects. Skylum promises a fun and engaging editing experience alongside impressive capabilities.
New to the suite are specialized AI features: Skin AI and Body AI, designed to enhance portrait. Existing favourites like Enhance AI, Sky AI, Structure AI, and Relight AI are also present.
Apple Vision Pro owners can enjoy an even deeper dive with a VR interface for photo editing. Skylum acknowledges some users prefer editing on a larger screen. For them, the iPad remains the ideal mobile workstation, with the additional benefit of Apple Pencil compatibility.
Luminar Mobile is available now as a subscription service. Pricing starts at $5.99 (Canada) for one month, with options for six months and a year (including a seven-day free trial). Existing Luminar for iPad users get a free update, granting access on all three devices (iPad, iPhone, and Vision Pro) under their current subscription.
