And if you have to digitize these documents and fill them out, Adobe is making the process easier for you with the Adobe Fill & Sign app. This productivity app lets you scan paper forms with your phone or tablet camera and fill these out digitally. You just need to tap on the screen to enter checkmarks or text in form fields. It’ll even let you make an electronic signature you can use for signing documents.
If you save information on autofill, you can even retrieve those in the future, thus saving you even more time. And yes, you can send forms and documents to your contacts via e-mail or export and save them in your cloud accounts.
