BlackBerry Messenger adds Wi-Fi device support for iOS

BlackBerry has update Messenger for iOS with Wi-Fi only device support, meaning you can use the app on the iPad and iPod touch gadgets. The company also included the ability to share BBM Pins and barcode on social networks as well as invite contacts to groups via email.

Research In Motion today launched BlackBerry Messenger version 7, a free update for the globally popular mobile text service.
