Thoughts on the BlackBerry KEYOne Black Edition

TCL and BlackBerry Mobile are going a completely different direction from the smartphone industry and it is quite refreshing. The BlackBerry KEYOne, now available in a Space Black edition (as well as a Black Edition), truly goes against the grain. The latest smartphones are removing physical buttons, stretching screens, deleting bezels and yet this BlackBerry Mobile device relishes its QWERTY keyboard legacy as well as all the additional buttons and function keys included.

Review: Apple iPhone X

While the original iPhone had no viable competitor (the LG Prada was close, but no cigar), it managed to rewrite the rules of what modern smartphones should be.

2007's iPhone brought multi-touch, it brought real web browsing, actual web-experiences and apps.  These are features we can all take for granted today and which are abundantly available, even on the cheapest smartphone. Hit jump for our review of Apple's all glass flagship.

Apple's iPhone X guided tour video gets users up and running

iPhone X is out and this new flagship smartphone brings an all-screen display and Face ID at the expense of the Home button. This means there are a lot of new gestures and actions to get things done. Personally, the changes are quite intuitive but I still find myself searching for the Home button. Apple's posted the guided tour video above to help new iPhone X users get up and running.

Amazon's Canadian expansion continues with new Vancouver office and 1,000 employees

Amazon has announced it will open a new office in downtown Vancouver in 2020. This growth will double Amazon’s current Vancouver workforce from 1,000 to 2,000 employees. Amazon also announced its current Canadian staff has grown to over 5,000 full-time employees across Canada.

Amazon also announced that its current Canadian workforce has grown to over 5,000 full-time, full-benefit employees across Canada, spanning sites in British Columbia, Ontario and Quebec.
