What can I say, CES 2012 is bigger and badder than ever. Day One we saw the future of the electric car from Ford with their innovative Ford Focus Electric and Fusion (complete proprietary with solar panels that can help power the cars), more MacBook Air impersonatin' Ultrabooks than Elvis has lookalikes, Sharp's stunning next gen 4K and 8K HDTV display technology (and nifty portable HDTVs), all kinds of awesome devices from the Showstoppers exhibit plus a way out of control (in a good way) Lenovo + Intel party featuring the All American Rejects and DJ 2nd Nature.

Las Vegas: Here at CES 2012, things have started out with a bang. Ultrabooks are flooding in, every one and their uncle has a new cloud service, tablets are still crowding in and SmartTV and connected TVs are red hot. Here's our first of a series of CES 2012 in pictures so you can enjoy the show without the crowds, long taxi queues and the unending slot machine chimes and beeps.
We will finally get an official preview of the much awaited PlayBook OS 2.0 at CES 2012 next week. An invitation was sent out today to journalists stating that BlackBerry will provide 'the best app platform in the market today,'. One on the big features of OS 2.0 is the ability to run Android applications in emulation mode. We are scheduled for an in depth interview with RIM and should have some exclusive video from CES 2012.
