Alarm Clock Email Reader 1.12 for iOS now available

Descubriendo Apps today announces Alarm Clock Email Reader 1.12 for iOS, an update to its USA Top 25 Productivity app that reads the user's latest emails aloud each morning as a wake-up alarm. Compatible with Gmail and Hotmail accounts, the app includes a repeat read function, and allows users to select emails by date, choosing a time and date in the From and To picker displays of the Read Range window. The app can also read emails on demand, while users are driving, eating, or working.

Feature Highlights:
* USA Top 25 Productivity app that reads the user's latest emails aloud
* Set the alarm to awaken to an announcement of the number of messages received since the last alarm
* User selectable Read Range and Alarm Clock
* Compatible with Gmail and/or Hotmail email accounts
* Save time by listening to new emails while dressing, driving, eating, exercising, or working

Extremely simple to set up and operate, Alarm Clock's initial set up requires the user to enter the email address and password of the Gmail and/or Hotmail accounts they wish to monitor. The main Alarm Clock window is a large digital clock with a Start/Stop button and a tab bar at the bottom. Selecting the Alarm Setting button opens a window where users can set both the Alarm Time and the Read Range.

The Alarm Time consists of an Apple odometer/picker display, where the user can dial in the exact date and time the alarm should go off. When the alarm goes off, the female voice of the Google Text-To-Speech engine announces the number of emails it will read, and then it reads aloud the subject line and body of each message. Alarm repetition can also be set for Never, 5 minutes, 10 min., 15 min., or 30 min.

The Read Ranges consists of two Apple picker displays, where the user can dial in the exact message date and time at which the app should start reading and the message date and time where it should stop. For example, the user might set the From value to March 6 at 7:30 a.m., while setting the To value 24 hours later, March 7 at 7:30 a.m. Upon awakening, the app will announce the number of emails received in the past 24 hours and will read them all aloud.

"Check all your new emails when you wake up without turning on your computer," stated Nir Rodriguez of Descubriendo Apps. "Listen to your emails read aloud while you get ready for work, at breakfast, or in the car."

Device Requirements:
* iPhone 3GS/4/4S/5, iPod touch (3rd/4th/5th generation), and iPad
* Requires iOS 5.0 or later
* Universal app optimized for display on all iOS devices
* 7.7 MB

Pricing and Availability:
Alarm Clock Email Reader 1.12 is currently free (reg. $2.99 USD) and available worldwide exclusively through the App Store in the Productivity category.
