Skype adds French and German to Translator Preview program

Skype has just added French and German to its Translator Preview program, bringing the speech-to-speech langauges to a total of six. The program first had English paired with Spanish, Mandarin (Chinese), and Italian. This addition also now brings 50 IM languages to the table. The Skype Translator can be used not just for translating from one language to another but how it can help the hard of hearing and deaf communicate with each other. The Skype Translator preview is a pre-release version that works for users using Windows 8.1 and above.
