Top apps and services continue to offer Apple Watch specific updates. The Weather Network and MétéoMédia, announced the launch of The Weather Network app for Apple Watch, available for free on the App Store. Designed specifically for Apple Watch, the app provides users with quick and easy access to localized weather forecasts and relevant content.
The Weather Network’s app for Apple Watch is the most recent addition to the company’s iOS app family, which includes the popular iPhone app, used by over 4.5 million Canadians every month.
“The Apple Watch is one of the must-have tech accessories this year and as Canada’s leading weather provider, we strive to remain on the forefront of where our users are headed,” said Naomi Lipowski, Director TV Apps & Emerging Technologies, Pelmorex Media Inc. “It’s a priority for us to be available on the newest technologies so Canadians have access to the information they need to plan their day.
