iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus available in Canada today

The 9th generation of Apple's iPhone, the iPhone 6S is now available through Apple Retail Stores as well as various Canadian carriers as well as partner stores like Best Buy.

Maintaining the same look and feel as last year's iPhone 6, the updated versions feature faster processors, more RAM, improved 12 megapixel iSight camera capable of shooting 4K video, a new 5 megapixel front-facing camera for Facetime and selfies and the most advanced range of 4G LTE bands. The biggest feature of the iPhone 6S is the new 3D Touch function which provides various menu options based on the pressure applied on the glass.

Pricing begins at $899 (CAD) for the 16GB mode, $1,029 (CAD) for the 64GB model and $1,159 (CAD) for the 128GB model. iPhone 6s Plus will be available in gold, silver, space grey and the new rose gold metallic finishes for a suggested retail price of $1,029 (CAD) for the 16GB model, $1,159 (CAD) for the 64GB model and $1,289 (CAD) for the 128GB model.
