Samsung’s set to unveil Galaxy Note7 on August 2nd

Move over Note6 and welcome Note7. Samsung's skipping a number as they're set to unveil their newest phablet next month. Samsung said their decision to skip over a number is said to "minimize confusion" and "complement our Galaxy S7 and S7 edge." This can indeed help Samsung unify their product portfolio and present a sort of united front to consumers. The new device will be unveiled in New York City on August 2nd.

Rumours of this new phablet have been online for a while and some of the suggested specs include a 5.7-inch QHD Super AMOLED display, 12-megapixel rear shooter, and 64GB internal storage. We'll find out the truth and more soon enough. We just have to wait a bit.
