There is a ‘Twilight Zone’ reboot in the works

While the likes of X-Men director Bryan Singer and Bioshock creator Ken Levine have tried to reboot this classic sci-fi series, nothing has come out of it. This time, Get Out director Jordan Peele is taking a stab at it. CBS announced Peele is working on an anthology series. What we don’t know is if the show has already been picked up or if it’s just in development. There’s an assumption that the new series will make its way to CBS All Access, which has seen success from the debut of Star Trek: Discovery. Peele’s production company Monkeypaw will be behind the series. Marco Ramirez, who helmed Marvel’s The Defenders, will pen the script and serve as the showrunner. The original Rod-Serling created show ran for five seasons on CBS from 1959-1964.
