Endless Frontier is an addictive idle game with RPG features
Ekkorr’s Endless Frontier is an idle game that features plenty of fantasy tropes. It’s got a back-story of war between good and evil, it’s got monsters and magic – even elves and orcs. It’s an idle game wrapped up in an RPG package, with some unique features for this genre.
You’re watching the front line, but you don’t need to worry about getting your hands dirty. This game is all about channeling the resources from your heroes’ autoquesting into upgrading and unlocking new units.
Endless Frontier is about pushing a little further each time, reviving when you hit a brick wall and upgrading your chosen warriors until they’re tough enough to smash through it. Therein lies the fun. You can play as casually or as methodically as you want – it suits both types of players.
As well as your main quest to defeat the Prince of Darkness, there are some novel RPG features that separate this from the usual idle fair. You can create and join guilds, engaging in raids and adversarial battle with rival guilds. Or, if you want to see how your heroes handle things solo, you can PvP with players in a dedicated arena. These add an extra layer of social and competitive gameplay to what you typically find in an incremental game
Whilst this is free-to-play, you can buy more resources like gems and gold if you don’t have enough patience for the grind. You can also upgrade to VIP membership, benefiting from perks like bonus multipliers to swell your war chest.
If you like the sound of everything Endless Frontier has to offer, you can download it from the App Store and Google Play for free.
