Waze and Spotify team up to make navigation and music more seamless for drivers

Crowdsourced navigation and realtime traffic app Waze has joined forces with the leading streaming music provider Spotify to allow users to more seamlessly access features while driving. Soon, Spotify users will have access to playlists on the Waze app. This means less multitasking, or having to leave Waze to go to Spotify.

This new feature will roll out to Android users firstover the next few weeks. With it, tney can

·          Start navigating with Waze from within Spotify
·          Access Spotify playlists from within Waze and easily change tracks
·          When your car is at a complete stop, easily switch between apps with one tap for an uninterrupted listening experience.

Once set up, your music will play automatically when your journey begins, or you can browse your playlists when your car is at a complete stop.
