Apple to bundle Beats headphones with new iPads and Macs for students

Apple is giving incentives to students buying new Macs or iPads. With the purchase of a Mac from an Apple Store, students are given Beats free, with the option of choosing from Beats Solo3Powerbeats3 or BeatsX. Students who buy iPad Pro will be provided BeatsX free, with the option to upgrade styles to Powerbeats3 for an additional $50, or Beats Solos3 for $150 more. Mac mini excluded. In addition to receiving Beats headphones, students can take advantage of saving through Apple’s education pricing for students.

Education pricing is available to postsecondary students, parents buying for university or college students and educators. Students can shop at the Apple Store for Education and save on a new Mac and a new iPad. View education pricing online here. Educators looking to buy for classrooms can shop the Apple Store for Education Institutions here.
