LG V30 tipped for September 28th global release

The invite for the LG V30 launch hints at the possible shape of the new LG flagship

The LG V30 is going to be launched at the end of August at IFA in Berlin. As for the official release of the phablet, a leaked internal document shows plans for the new flagship, which they codenamed JOAN. It’s said that the V30 will go on sale in on September 15th in LG’s home country, South Korea. After that, the V30 is expected to go on pre-order in the US on September 17th and will go on sale on the 28th. The document also states that the global launch will be on September 28th.

Some of the leaked specs of the V30 include a 6-inch edge-to-edge OLED display with super thin bezels, Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor, and 4GB/6GB of RAM wit 64GB of storage. The phone will supposedly also feature a dual camera setup with advanced video controls, 3,300mAh battery with wireless charging capabilities, dedicated DAC, and military standard protection.
