Adobe and Microsoft aiming to standardize e-signatures and collaboration in the cloud

Adobe and Microsoft are announcing the next major milestone of our strategic partnership. This significant next step spans Adobe Creative Cloud, Document Cloud and Experience Cloud, and includes Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams and Azure. All-new joint solutions, available in a matter of weeks, will increase workforce productivity for hundreds of millions of people and will ensure individuals and teams can efficiently collaborate, communicate, and drive decision-making across devices.

Key elements of the news:

  • Adobe Sign, the market leading e-signature service in Adobe Document Cloud, is now Microsoft¹s preferred e-signature solution across the company¹s portfolio, including the 100 million monthly active users of Microsoft Office 365.
  • Microsoft Teams, the new-chat based workspace in Microsoft Office 365, is now the preferred collaboration service for Adobe Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Adobe will make Microsoft Azure its preferred cloud platform for Adobe Sign.
  • The first joint solutions resulting from this partnership will be available to customers in the coming weeks.
